I’m a 38 years old mom, creative content designer and weight lifting lover. I created Luz fitness to share all my favs when it comes to FITNESS. Home training, gym training, outdoor drills, HIIT, and many more.
I strongly believe that being fit and healthy can be fun. So no low calorie diet for me, I enjoy to much my little sweets here and there along with a glass of wine once in a while! We just need to find what we like and balance it all!
